Hi, welcome to Stakes Therapy Services, LLC. owned and operated by, Sheena Stakes, MSW, LCSW. I have a Masters' Degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University and received an undergrad Social Work degree at Northwestern State University. Also, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training certificate in EMDR therapy. I have years of professional experience working with depression, anxiety, symptoms of Bi-Polar Disorder, addiction, and trauma.
I understand and empathize with the overwhelming challenges we often face during different stages of life. I would offer a supportive and nonjudgemental approach that is client centered and solution focused to best fit your personal needs during your season of healing.
